As a technical officer under the Grenadian-German “Integrated Climate Change Adaptation Strategies” Project I assisted with the development of the Integrated Coastal Zone Management Plan for Grenada and the development of coastal legislation.
From that experience I moved into the position of Senior Environmental Officer in the Ministry of Climate Resilience, the Environment, Forestry, Fisheries, Disaster Management and Information of the Government of Grenada. In that role I helped to coordinate data collection and larger coastal adaptation projects involving information on coastal processes and ecosystem based adaptation involving mangroves and coral reefs.
